We canot ship to EU Countries and Northern Ireland.

Delivery of seeds is by First class post or air mail small packets.

COVID-19 Update.

WE ARE CURRENTLY DESPATCHING ORDERS WITHIN 7 WORKING DAYS (Monday to Friday). Once your order has been despatched it will be in the capable hands of the postal service, however, like many they are very busy and we have been advised that there is disruption to some areas due to Corona Virus related issues. Please note that once your order is in the post we cannot speed up delivery, and are advising customers to wait 10 working days before getting in contact.

We have recently seen an influx in orders due to the current situations, which along with reduced staffing levels is meaning that your order may take longer to despatch. We are working tirelessly to be able to send your order as soon as possible, so if you have not had an email to advise your order has been sent, and it is less than the 15 days, please do not email/call asking where your order is as this only delays the process.

With our despatch time being longer than we like, we are making the decision to implement DAILY ORDER CLOSURES for when we reach capacity. Each day we will shut down the ability for you to place an order once we have reached our capacity, and will then reopen the next day. This will allow us to continue working to clear our backlog, but also allow you to buy your seeds. If you miss out on one day, please come back the next and continue to support us. We have plenty of seeds to go around; with stock incoming daily so do not worry about missing out on your favourite seeds!

We are currently advising customers to CREATE AN ACCOUNT click here before adding to your basket so that if we do shut the ordering system down whilst you are selecting your seeds, it will save your basket.

PLEASE NOTE, we are unable to answer phone queries and ask that you contact us by email. We are unable to amend orders due to the time this takes and ask you to place a new order for any additional items you require.

All orders are by ROYAL MAIL 1st Class @ £1.98 per order

NOTE 1st class post is not a guaranteed next day delivery. Orders for Games and Grass seed see individual items for dispatch times.

EUROPE Shipping calculated on weight of order at the checkout after delivery details have been submitted.

REST OF THE WORLD Shipping calculated on weight of order at the checkout after delivery details have been submitted.

Note some items are free shipping or include shipping within the UK these are shipped from supplier, but if ordered with another item that is not free shipping P&P applies to that part of your order.

UK None receipt of order - Please allow up to 10 working days from your notified despatch date for delivery by Royal Mail to a UK address, check with your local sorting office to see if it is being held there, then please contact us quoting your order reference number located on the order email you received after placing the order.
Europe Please allow up to 28 days for Europe/rest of the world dependent on your postal service. Delivery by courier should be received within 48-72hrs of the specified time in the despatch email.

RETURNS

RIGHT TO CANCEL When ordering via distance means (over telephone or via website) you have a right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. You have 14 calendar days from the day after you received the goods to cancel and receive a full refund including the cost of postage to you. Please contact us in writing (e-mail is sufficient) if you wish to cancel. The cost of returning the goods is the responsibility of the customer. If you request us to collect the product you will be responsible for all collection charges we incur. If any other shipping other than Royal Mail 1st class i.e Signed For or courier was selected, only standard basic shipping will be reimbursed. A refund will be issued back onto the payment method used within 14 days of receipt of goods. We reserve the right to deduct any reasonable costs if the goods are returned damaged or unsellable.
We would request that goods are retuned in their original undamaged packaging to Nickys Nursery Ltd, 33 Fairfield Road, Broadstairs, Kent. CT10 2JU no later than 14 days after the day on which you notified us of cancellation.
We would like to remind you that you have a statutory duty to take care of goods.
If you do not contact us to cancel within 14 calendar days, any requests to cancel outside this time will be considered but please be aware we may impose costs including delivery charges.
