Texsel Greens 350 seeds
Derived from Ethiopian cabbage, this is a tasty, nutritious, leafy green rich in vitamin C. The young tender leaves are ideal in salads, stir fries or juicing, with a pleasant mild cabbage flavour with a hint of garlic. Ideal for baby leaf and Micro Greens. Successional sowings from Spring through to Autumn. The plants are quick growing. Brassica carinata Texel or Texsel greens.
