Parsley Hamburg Rooted needs rich well cultivated soil, harvest in autumn and winter. Best sown spring and again in late summer. Good source of Iron and rich in vitamin C. Grown for its edible root that is used as a vegetable and has a nutty flavour. The leaves are an ideal garnish and makes a wonderful sauce. After eating garlic a sprig of parsley freshens the breath.
