Annual/biennial cut and come again oriental low growing greens with a lovely peppery flavour, dark green serrated leaves on slender white stems. Leaves used raw or cooked in salads or stir-fry, soups. young flowering stems can be cooked like broccoli. Can be sown at intervals from April to September outside, or inside in winter use as a cut and come again crop. Sow seed in pots or modules.
