Mentha suaveolens, a culinary and medicinal perennial herb with a spreading habit and apple scented leaves. Light lilac flowers during summer. Use Apple mint leaves fresh in salads, garnish or sauces and dried for making tea. Caution when opening packet the seeds are very fine.
