A lovely annual ornamental grass for pots and containers. Savannah is an excellent filler plant for mixed pots, containers and borders. It produces tight clumps of soft blue-green foliage growing 25cm wide. Ruby-pink flowers mature to creamy white. In autumn foliage turns to purple-red. Height 45cm

Advice: Prepare a fine weed free seed bed, broadcast thinly onto the surface and lightly cover, water with a fine rose taking care not to wash the seed away. Some varieties can be sown indoors late winter or early autumn in cold frame and overwintered in pots in a cool greenhouse.
