Lepidium sativum
Bright green leaves with a blistered texture (similar to savoy cabbage), a ruffled leaf margin and having a peppery flavour. Slow to bolt, it can be sown all year round indoors. Annual, height 15cm. Sow indoors on kitchen paper, on compost in a punnet or outdoors broadcast sow in a seed bed.

Basic Information
Lepidium sativum Basic Sowing information: Sow all year Harvest 7-10 days after sowing for sprouts For continuous sowing. A salad vegetable for the window sill or garden. Indoors can be sown in compost in small punnets, on soaked tissue paper or on a saucer being kept wet at all times, do not pre-soak seeds.
