A small sweet Spanish heirloom pepper from Galicia, harvest can start from the green stage when they have the lowest amount of heat. Chillies mature from green to red, horn shaped and get hotter as they mature. Excellent for Spanish Tapas, stir fries, stuffed, grilled or fried whole in olive oil.
