American Cress or Land cress 750 seeds
Also known as Uplands Cress, easy to grow, slow bolting. Young leaves used raw or cooked as seasoning. Having a hot spicy flavour they are a useful addition to salads, the land grown alternative to water cress being similar in taste. The seed can be sprouted. Can be cropped all year if autumn sowings are given protection through winter (cloches).
