Parsley seeds, parsnip, and physalis.
Sow Parsley February-July harvest June onwards. Sow September Harvest April onwards. Sow 1.25cm deep in a sheltered position outdoors thin or transplanting to 15cm apart. Germination can be speeded up by pre soaking 12 hours prior to sowing.
Sow parsnip seeds February Onwards 1-2cm deep in drills 30cm apart sow in clusters of 4 seeds every 13-20cm, thinning to one strong seedling. Seeds are slow and erratic to germinate especially if sown early when ground is still cold.
