Sow sweet corn at a constant minimum temperature of 12C in 7cm pots indoor early spring, outdoor 2.5-3.75cm deep 7cm apart after the last frost. For good pollination transplant to blocks of at least 4 plants each way, spacing plants 30cm apart. Mini Corn can be obtained by planting early varieties 15cm apart and harvesting when the cob is 7cm long.
