Kale seeds and Borecole sow thinly late spring at a depth of approx 1cm. Plant out when approx 12cm high 50-60cm between plants and 60cm between rows. Harvest from autumn onwards. A harvest of fresh greens when most other vegetables are unavailable, the cold improves the crop, an excellent source for Vitamin A, is normally served cooked.
