4,500 P 90cm  Having a stronger flavour than Eruca sativa, use in salads and stir-fry. A very health giving plant aiding digestion, acting as a tonic and purifies the blood. 500 P   30cm   Medicinal and culinary herb. Similar to chives but taller and coarser leaves used in the same manner. Popular in Chinese cooking, stem and bulb are edible. Prefers a sunny position. In milder climates the leaves are available all year. The whole plant is said to be an insect repellent.

The cultural information should be used as a guide only, I have found a number of different sowing techniques for the same seed from different sources there does not seem to be a standard. With this in mind you should use this website as a guide only, you probably already have a tried and tested way of sowing different seeds. As a rule of thumb the larger the seed size the more cover it requires, and fine seed like Lobelia Begonia etc requires no cover.
