Chamomile Lawn Anthemis Nobilis    30 cm
 or Roman Chamomile. A white aromatic bedding plant. Single daisy - like flowers and sweet smelling. Evergreen. Anthemis Nobilis has pretty daisy like single flowers, sweet smelling foliage especially when mown, used for groundcover and herb lawn, non flowering chamomile lawn cannot be grown from seed. For a chamomile lawn space plants 6 inches apart, planting in the garden space 12 inches apart.
Used as a doctor plant Anthemis nobilis helps strengthen plants. An infusion of chamomile added to the water of cut flowers helps them to stay fresh looking longer.

The cultural information should be used as a guide only, I have found a number of different sowing techniques for the same seed from different sources there does not seem to be a standard. With this in mind you should use this website as a guide only, you probably already have a tried and tested way of sowing different seeds. As a rule of thumb the larger the seed size the more cover it requires, and fine seed like Lobelia Begonia etc requires no cover.
