Perennial Arnica montana - Arnica, Leopards Bane, Mountain Daisy The whole plant is Toxic and should only be used externally and only when the skin is unbroken. Mountain tobacco is a Swiss herb, It is used for bruising, sprains, traumas, is used in a number of prepared treatments and the leaves are also known to have been smoked.
