We offer 7 different bike models which are great for a variety of different riding environments. All our models fold using Montague’s patented folding system. Sizing Chart
Please note stand over height for:-
16" frame is 27"
18" frame is 29"
20" frame 30"
Taking this into account a rider height of 5'10" with inside leg of 31" will fit a 20" frame. Leaving a 1" clearance between crotch and Top Tube when standing flat footed astride the bike.
If you are in any doubt we have 2 demonstrators, with18" and 20" frames for you to check the frame sizing.

ON ROAD & OFF ROAD

Meeting your friend for coffee? Hitting the trails at noon? Then the CX Comfort Bike or the SwissBike TX is the bike for you. These bikes are built for versatility and comfort while providing you with mountain bike performance.

OFF ROAD/MOUNTAIN

Rugged and rough, the MX Mountain Bike and the SwissBike LX tackles the trails aggressively yet effortlessly. Both bikes will give you the performance edge you need while attacking the most arduous of mountains.

HARD CORE OFF-ROAD

Designed to endure almost any terrain at high speed, the Paratrooper Mountain Bike and the SwissBike XO will get you to the middle of nowhere with stealth operation and zero fuel requirements. These bikes are strong as tanks, light as daypacks.

Folding System
 

Have you ever noticed how most folding bikes look like someone took a hacksaw and cut them in half and added a hinge to allow them to fold? Not very imaginative, and certainly not very good for the ride quality (when a tube is cut in half, it loses its torsional rigidity, making the bike ride like a wet noodle!).

The patented F.I.T.™ system developed by Montague engineers, and found on all our bikes, uses a system that does not cut any tubes in half. In fact, when looking at our bikes, it is not immediately clear how they fold, or even that they fold at all. We use our patented Concentrus™ system, which is a tube within a tube design that actually strengthens the frame by incorporating technology found on some high performance, dual suspension mountain bikes.

This technology was developed by Montague for military use and is covered under numerous patents worldwide.

No tools are required to fold and unfold Montague bicycles. Simply remove the front wheel and unlock one frame quick release. This can be done in a matter of seconds allowing the bike to be stored with ease in your car boot, boat, plane, closet, or anywhere else you stash your gear.
