Should you have reason to complain about this website, your order, or the service I provide please follow the following procedures.
All correspondence will be treated in the strictest confidence and replied to within 5 working days, the problem will be dealt with within 10 working days wherever possible.
Website:- Email/fax/telephone or write stating the problems you encountered.
Orders:- In the first instance telephone or email stating your order number, Name and date the order was submitted. Your order can be tracked by email Order Enquires.
Service:- Please allow enough time for the postal service to deliver your goods. If there is a delay/problem with this service email/telephone/fax your query.
Feedback:- Please email. It is always welcomed without it I cannot offer my customers what they require.
