Order Despatch :- Our aim is to dispatch seeds within 3 to 5 working days from receipt of payment. During our peak times from February to end of May your order could take a little longer. Orders for Games and Grass seed are not affected by the above times.
Payment :- Payment by all major credit, debit cards and PayPal are through WorldPay secure server. Online Credit/Debit Card Payments are debited from your account at time of placing the order, if this is not acceptable please select payment by telephone to submit your order, and telephone me your card details, your card will then be debited prior to dispatch
All orders are offers to buy, which will not be accepted until we send out an e-mail to you to that effect.
You may be subject to local taxes and duties of which we are unaware levied in your country. You agree that it is your responsibility to ascertain such taxes and duties.
If you are purchasing from a country outside the EC (European Community) your order will be shipped at your own risk.
We reserve the right, in the event of the seeds or other product(s) ordered being unavailable, to substitute alternative items of equivalent value and price. In such event and if you decide to cancel within your rights under our Terms & Conditions and/or under the provisions displayed on this page, and unless they had not previously been agreed by the customer as an acceptable replacement, in which event only the cost of the return of the goods shall be borne by NN.
