The more space they are given between plants the larger the plants will be, for smallish rosettes space 15cm apart. Dark green spoon shaped leaves, glossy and thick. This is one of the hardier forms of Pak Choi. Sow for baby leaf on very close spacing, sow 15-45cm for mature plants or 15-30cm blocks for use as stir fry. Approx 56 days to maturity. Sow outdoors 1cm deep April to August under protection of glass/tunnels late August to early October. For early season crops propagate in modules/blocks with heat at 18-22 deg C this will delay bolting.
