This is a traditional Italian variety, high yielding with small round hot fruits. Plants are well branched and fruits ripen from dark green to red that intensifies with maturity. A sweet flavoured pepper, the hotness increases the more it is exposed to the sun. Ideal for eating fresh or stored in olive oil, often eaten stuffed with anchovies.
