Borecole Fizz is a unique speciality baby leaf brassica. The eye catching leaves are fine and sharply lobed giving plenty of texture. Ideal for bagged produce it can be eaten raw as a baby leaf or grown on to produce a stir fry/microwave product. Brassica oleracea General Sowing information: Sow thinly late spring at a depth of approx 1cm. Plant out when approx 12cm high 50-60cm between plants and 60cm between rows. Harvest from autumn onwards. A harvest of fresh greens when most other vegetables are unavailable, the cold improves the crop, an excellent source for Vitamin A, is normally served cooked.
