Mountain Ash or Rowan
A medium growing deciduous tree, white flowers in the spring, dark green leaves turning yellow or red in the fall. Fruits are edible orange red berries, used in jams and preserves. Magical powers of healing, protection from Witches and the power of success. The wood is used for making barrel hoops and furniture. Suitable for most bonsai styles except broom and formal upright.

General Sowing information: Tree Seed Dormancy and treatment:- Supplied with pre-treatment information sheet (Stratification subject to a period of cold or scarification). Once they have been pre-treated they can be sown as normal. All seed and pre-treated seed is sold subject to availability.
