Red Maple, Scarlet Maple.
The American Red Maple having deeply cut dark green foliage. Red flowers appear before the leaves in the spring. Deciduous tree, best grown in acid soil for the superb spring flowers and fall colouring of bright red.

General Sowing information: Tree Seed Dormancy and treatment:- Supplied with pre-treatment information sheet (Stratification subject to a period of cold or scarification). Once they have been pre-treated they can be sown as normal. All seed and pre-treated seed is sold subject to availability.
