Paperbark Maple
One of the best all round Maples. A spreading medium sized tree, slow growing with peeling orange-brown bark that is stunning all through the year. Papery leaves turn orange through to red and scarlet in autumn. One of the most beautiful small trees with peeling bark that hangs in loose flakes. RHS Award of Garden Merit
