Santolina Cotton Lavender has very aromatic silvery foliage, small button like creamy/yellow flowers. The leaves can be used as a flavouring in sauces. Dried leaves used in pot-pourri, oil from the flowers and leaves are used in the perfume industry. Mainly grown to be used as a low growing hedge, can be trimmed in the autumn.
