Greek Oregano is found in the mountains of Greece, very different from normal Oregano having a fiery aroma. An important flavouring in Mediterranean cooking in salad dressings, legumes and vegetables and included in strong flavoured dishes with chillies, onions and garlic. An excellent ground covering plant for sunny sites. A very aromatic plant that can be grown on a sunny windowsill.

General Sowing information: Herb seeds can be sown from early spring onwards, when the ground has warmed up they can be direct sown. All herbs come complete with germination instructions.
