Marjoram pot often called Oregano. Use fresh or dried leaves in soups, in `bouquet garni` stuffing's, stews, and sauces; meat, fish, and egg recipes and salads. Small purple flowers in late summer.

General Sowing information: Herb seeds can be sown from early spring onwards, when the ground has warmed up they can be direct sown. All herbs come complete with germination instructions.
