Culinary and medicinal herb, companion plant, effective insecticide. A essential oil is produced from the plant that is used in flavouring various food stuffs. The dried leaves of Mexican Marigold are used in cooking they give an apple like aroma to foods. Medicinally used both internally and externally. Sow seed in spring, grow in fertile soil in a sunny site.

General Sowing information: Herb seeds can be sown from early spring onwards, when the ground has warmed up they can be direct sown. All herbs come complete with germination instructions.
