Agastache rugosa
Korean Mint is commonly used in Chinese herbalism and one of the 50 fundamental herbs, having a strong anise like flavour. The young leaves are used raw or cooked. The plant cleanses through perspiration and also aids digestion, making an ideal choice for salads although it can be a little coarse and strong. Site in a sunny sheltered position.

General Sowing information: Herb seeds can be sown from early spring onwards, when the ground has warmed up they can be direct sown. All herbs come complete with germination instructions.
