Herb or Wildflower of the garden. Blue flowered border plant. Flowers June to July a herb with medicinal properties, no culinary use is known. Used in the treatment of headaches, fevers and epilepsy. Sow seed in spring in a cold frame. Position in full sun to partial shade in moist soil, prefers alkaline soils.
