Hyssopus officinalis
Hyssop blue has beautiful blue flowers, very attractive to bees and butterflies. Young slightly bitter leaves used in stews and sparingly in salads. Dried leaves in tea, pot-pourris, and perfumes. Soothes colds and sore throats.

General Sowing information: Herb seeds can be sown from early spring onwards, when the ground has warmed up they can be direct sown. All herbs come complete with germination instructions.
