Broad stems are thick and crispy with a great chard flavour. Fantasia Orange has good bolt tolerance but a slightly slower growing habit, maturity 65 days. Very popular baby leaf and micro greens.

Or direct sow late spring in shallow drills, thin to 30 to 45cm apart and 45cm between rows. can be cropped until following spring. Second sowing late summer will give crops until early summer following year. Dual purpose - for bedding and culinary use
